2024 Surface Biology and Geology (SBG) Science & Applications Technical Interchange Meeting will be held:

The purpose of this meeting is to update the community on the SBG mission and how it aligns with NASA and ASI priorities. Those include, but are not limited to, the Earth System Observatory, Open Science, Earth Science to Action, and Inclusion and Diversity. We will hear from domestic and international missions related to SBG, and foster discussion on potential harmonization and/or collaboration. The meeting is also intended to foster capacity building by informing the community of airborne and spaceborne assets of opportunity and providing tools for the community to build their workflows and science and application use cases with SBG precursor data, such as EMIT and ECOSTRESS.
We recognize the diverse expertise, experience, and backgrounds in our community and look forward to your feedback in our open forums. Early career engagement opportunities will be offered.
